Our flagship patent-pending product, Resilience360, is a holistic approach to building workforce resilience. Within Resilience360, our AI-driven employment platform matches people to those who share their mission. Onboarding to Resilience360 for teams includes a DayBalancer Workshop, helping operationalize resilience into talent management. We also provide custom offerings and tools to help teams achieve goals with balance.

What is the primary measure of DayBalancer’s success? Our measures of success directly ties to your measures of success. Establishing meaningful metrics, monitoring systems, and key indicators that help signal and address imbalance in the workforce. Ultimately, we want to help put funds in your bank so you can invest more in your mission. We help add to your quarterly or annual reports with shared visuals of meaningful, measurable outcomes. These measures go beyond beyond delivery, budget, NPS, or retention goals.

Who leads DayBalancer? Founded in 2016 by Jessie Upp to empower frontline workers and families to prioritize self-care, the company was incorporated in 2023 as a certified woman-owned small business based in Edmonds, WA, to provide full-service talent management for both public and private sectors in the Pacific Northwest. Jessie partners with recruiters, HR professionals, and mental health practitioners to help teams succeed.
