Everyone finds work that nourishes life, not drains it. That's the vision.

DayBalancer helps independent professionals integrate work and life via trusted networks dedicated to mutual support.

It's not easy helping people find work that honors their whole selves AND gives back to the ecosystems sustaining us. But that's what makes DayBalancer special. We're putting the power of regenerative work in all of our hands.

We're working every day to help independents connect through self-awareness, trusted networks, compatible opportunities, and regenerative support systems.

Our story

Founder Jessie Upp discovered something after two decades helping people learn and grow: work shouldn't cost your wellbeing. Still, many places she looked, people were working through disconnection, ignoring hunger, exhaustion, and stress signals. The result? More disconnection from self, others, and nature.

After her own work exhaustion, Jessie built the tools she wished she'd had. Using mindfulness, ikigai, and evidence-based principles, hundreds of members joined to reflect on their own values. By reconnecting to self while supporting others, more compatible people and work opportunities arise. That's work/life integration at its core.

DayBalancer has evolved to support service providers across peer-to-peer networks. We're incredibly grateful to reach this point. And we have more work to do. DayBalancer is a free service for developing trusted networks of mutual support - with paid customization for organizers.

Our promise: Find compatible local work and mutual support through healthy relationships - helping achieve collective balance across five dimensions of life.

Team: Led by Jessie and a cooperative team of advisors below, we’re removing local barriers to regenerative lifestyles by making mutual support networks easy to build at scale. We're building toward member/worker-owned cooperative structure, where value circulates back to its members. Every leader who licenses our platform gains member-owner rights.
