How It Works
Step 1: Submit Your Referral
Provide us with the details of the organization you’d like to refer. Eligible organizations are located in the Pacific Northwest and work to create positive social or ecological impact.
Step 2: We’ll Handle the Outreach
After receiving your referral, our team will reach out to the organization to confirm eligibility and introduce them to the benefits of partnering with DayBalancer.
Step 3: Earn Your Referral Reward
Once the organization successfully places a candidate in a job they posted, you’ll receive 1% of the first-year salary, up to $1,000. It’s our way of sharing the success with you!
