#7 How do I counterbalance the 8 P's?

Life is a sum of all our choices.

Now that you know the definitions of the 8 P's and explored what may be causing your own areas of imbalance, just noticing and naming them can be empowering.

Moving from awareness to action...

The 8 P's serve as an awareness-building resource in emotional resilience. Now that you’ve become more aware about balance and perhaps increased your awareness of yours by taking the DayBalancer assessment, you can move past these self-defeating behaviors by noticing how you are “spending” your energy each day (or moment).

Referred to time tracking, you can even log the time you use throughout a typical day… it’s used to move you out of time debt, the sense of not having enough time in your day. This awareness can start helping you create small pathways to necessary adjustments. Over time, these practiced behaviors become habits. And a series of new habits can become your new routines 🎯
